REFUND AND RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the item(s) within 30 calendar days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels and tags intact.
• A valid invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns can be made by:

• Returning the goods in person to Z&Z Cash & Carry Wholesalers, located at 189 Helen Joseph (President) Street, Johannesburg; or

Upon successful receipt and inspection of returned goods, a refund will be issued for the purchase price.

Should you receive goods that:

• Are not suitable for their intended purpose,
• Are not of good quality or free from defects, or
• Are not durable for a reasonable period,

you may return these within 6 months from the delivery date. We will refund both the purchase price and any delivery charges.

To return defective goods:

• Email hello@schoolwearspecialists.co.za to arrange a courier collection, or
• Return the goods to our location at School Wear Specialists with a description of how the product was used.

Goods not purchased on the website, damaged by misuse, normal wear, or neglect, or returned outside the stipulated timeframe will not be accepted for refund.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and assessment of returned items. Payment will be made to the original payment method, with additional confirmation sent to you by email.

If items are returned and found damaged due to misuse, Z&Z Cash & Carry Wholesalers may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund based on the reduced value of the goods.
